The Cavalier Resort includes 547 guest rooms and suites: 85 at the Historic Cavalier Hotel and Beach Club, 305 at the Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort, and 157 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton™ Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort. Plan your stay.

Exclusive to guests of The Historic Cavalier Hotel, it features an outdoor infinity pool, premium beach services, a climate-controlled lounge with showers and lockers, and food and beverage service by The Deck Seagrill & Bar. Yes. Explore guided tastings and behind-the-scenes tours at Tarnished Truth Distilling Company, located on the lower level of The Historic Cavalier Hotel. Reservations are required in advance and can be made online.
Yes. Guests and locals are welcome to dine, explore, and enjoy select resort experiences. The following are for overnight guests only: semi-private beach access, Beach Club (guests of The Historic Cavalier only & Cavalier residents), hotel pools and fitness centers, and all guest room areas.

No formal daily tours are offered; however, select guided history tours are available for overnight resort guests as part of our resort activities. Availability varies by date. Self-guided tour books are also available at The Cavalier Front Desk.
